Boring legal stuff

For custom orders, I require that you purchase a listing before I will start on your item. All custom sales are final.

I use USPS to ship within the US. If you prefer another carrier please message me for a custom listing and prices. Unless otherwise noted, most orders for completed items will be mailed the next Wednesday or Friday. I do not insure packages unless by request. If you wish to have an order insured, please contact me before making payment, as insurance will increase the cost of shipping. I cannot be held responsible for shipping to an incorrect address that is provided by the buyer nor can I be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. 

I will not list items shipped overseas as gifts. Please be aware of any customs or fees that your country may charge. Due to laws concerning the importation of leather and leather goods, I do not ship any leather products to Italy. Due to concerns regarding the theft of intellectual property, I will not ship any products to countries with a reputation for disregard of international copyright law such as China.

If you need a custom item by a specific date please contact me first. Most custom orders will be shipped in 2-4 weeks. 

Rush orders may be available depending on my workload.

I will not recreate another artist's work. If you like a mask, please purchase it from the artist who originally designed it. I reserve the right to refuse service if I believe a design is infringing on copyright. 

If you are wanting a design that is significantly different from any design that I offer there will be a non refundable design fee required before I begin to sketch or prototype.

The purchase of any masks, headdresses, hair slides, wallets, stickers, prints, original paintings and drawings, bags, jewelry or any other item or art made by me including commissioned designs, does not constitute an automatic transfer of any copyrights. 

The artwork on this site and the images thereof are copyrighted. If you're interested in securing any rights to reproduce any images of them for any purpose and by any method, whether photographic, video or otherwise, please contact me to discuss licensing and terms. 

I reserve the right to display in portfolio representations of any commissioned works, by way of photocopies, photographs, slides, negatives, internet images, et cetera. If you have a privacy concern with your commission, please contact me and I will be happy to work out the details with you.
